Production and In-Store Goods Dashboard

The project was developed for automating the processes on the curtain manufacturing factory. It consisted of separate applications sharing one database. The primary application was a web-based application to manage the current stock of ready production and orders written in Django. The other applications were a client application for RaspberryPi workstations, which were used to operate various factory machines written in Python + Tkinter and an application for handheld barcode scanners running Android written in Ionic framework.

Activities:

• Front-end development, back-end development, GUI development and support;
• Implementing integration & e2e (end-to-end) tests;
• Database optimization and support;
• Investigating and fixing issues;
• Implementing new features/enhancements;
• Implementing JavaScript validation on both ends - in the CMS and for the end-user-facing forms;
• Communication with the team members on the client-side (business analyst, project manager, developers).
